Ballentine Associates team members recently attended a “Going Vertical” event for the South Green Flats in Carrboro. Hosted by Terra Nova and attended by George, Dillon, and Drew from BA, the event showcased the features of the project, which will include 57 much-needed missing middle dwelling units and 6 for-sale retail units. The project provides the critical final piece of the overall South Green project.
The development will feature a range of amenities such as a clubhouse, dog park, and outdoor social areas, designed to foster community engagement and enhance the quality of life for residents.
Ballentine is proud to be a part of Legacy Real Property Group’s design team, collaborating with Tise-Kiester Architects and Progressive Contracting. BA has provided all surveying and civil engineering services for South Green Flats, as well as for the broader South Green development, marking an important contribution to the project’s success.
