The George Watts Hill Alumni Center

The George Watts Hill Alumni Center is a 63,000 sf meeting, social, and administrative facility designed to serve the needs of UNC alumni and to help connect students transitioning out of UNC and into the alumni network.

• Civil engineering and surveying consultant.
• Sitework design for 63,000 s.f. combination meeting, social and administrative facility on UNC-CH Campus.
• Civil design of access and service drives, water and sewer, storm drainage parking improvements, chilled water, steam and condensate lines.
