The Kenan Center
The Kenan Center is a 65,000 sf conference center and institutional classroom and office facility overlooking the Student Center in the heart of the UNC campus. The project included a parking lot and nearly ½ mile of access drive, utility and drainage extensions.
Services Provided:
- Civil engineering consultant for schematic design through construction administration.
- Surveying consultant.
- 5,000 sf institutional classroom, conference and office facility overlooking Student Activity Center site.
- Civil sitework design of 2,100 lf access drive, water, sewer, parking, storm drainage and retaining walls
- 80 parking spaces.
