- 241 vehicular parking spaces & 325 bicycle parking spaces (275 indoor)
- Innovative stormwater management facilities consisting of permeable pavement and permeable basketball court, totaling over 33,000 sf
Services provided:
- Coordinated Special Use Permit and rezoning processes, requiring several iterations of site design
- Worked closely with neighbors in Historic District and adapted site layout to satisfy their concerns
- Surveyed and conducted full site civil design (Difficult site due to terrain, buffers and old utilities)
- Coordinated with adjacent properties for pedestrian connectivity
- Coordinated Zoning Compliance Permit (2 phases)
- Performed construction administration
- Conducted construction closeout
