The Exchange at Meadowmont
The Exchange at Meadowmont is a 19.8-acre commercial office complex with two 4-story Class-A office buildings, a parking deck and underground parking.
The site also includes a preserved meadow and two attractive stormwater features. The entrance is at the intersection of West Barbee Chapel Road and NC 54.
Services provided:
- Gathered infrastructure, site design, and associated local approvals and permitting through the Town of Chapel Hill
- Designed office campus roadways, multiple parking lots, structured parking deck, two stormwater features, stilling basins and an offsite road connection and sanitary sewer extension to the UNC Friday Center
- Obtained approvals including Special Use Permit, Zoning Compliance Permit, Erosion Control Permitting through Orange County, and water & sewer permitting through OWASA
