The Parkline

The Parkline is an iconic and very unique glass building located on a 37-acre parcel along Fordham Boulevard in Chapel Hill.

The Parkline project inlcuded significant interior renovations to the iconic building and upgrades to the plaza and service court areas of the site.

Services Provided:

• Provided masterplanning assistance.
• Assisted SECU in negotiations with Wegmans and Town of Chapel Hill regarding shared access drive triggered by Wegmans development.
• Boundary and topographic surveys.
• Prepared drainage, utility, and erosion control designs.
• Coordinated permitting with the Town of Chapel Hill.
• Performed construction administration & closeout.
• Coordinated closely with landscape architect (Little).
