Dillon came to BA in 2014 and we knew right away we had found a keeper. Dillon brought every bit of his talent and experience in civil engineering and surveying when he came, showcasing strong design and project management skills, as well as his incredible work ethic. Dillon started at BA as an Engineering Intern, was promoted to Project Manager in 2018 and then to Engineering Team Leader in 2020. In January of 2024, Dillon was named Director of Engineering and in January of 2024 was invited to the BA Leadership Team. Dillon loves what he does, and it shows. Mentoring and coaching, encouraging colleagues, and keeping himself and his team accountable for the success of our clients’ projects.
Dillon is easy going and an absolute pleasure to work with. He pursues our mission and lives our core values in everything he does. We are blessed to have Dillon as one of the leaders here at BA!
