BA President George Retschle and Director of Engineering Dillon Smith attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of the East Rosemary St. Parking Deck in downtown Chapel Hill. The parking deck, located at 125 E. Rosemary St. is a $51 million dollar project funded by the Town of Chapel Hill in partnership with Grubb Properties. The new parking deck is seven stories and provides 1,100 parking spaces
