Members of the BA leadership team attended the 10th annual Ramsey Solutions EntreLeadership Summit 2024 from April 21-April 24. The Summit was held at the beautiful Gaylord Texan Resort & Conference Center in Grapevine, Texas and featured three days of world-class speakers and leadership training. Company President George Retschle, Director of Operations Hope Martinique, and Sr. Survey Project Manager Chris Bird attended the 4-day event in person, while Director of Engineering Dillon Smith and Director of Surveying David Bowers attended virtually.
The Entreleadership Summit is an annual world-class leadership conference featuring today’s top business leaders and held at different Gaylord venue locations each year. We heard from Dave Ramsey, eight-time national best-selling author and host of The Ramsey Show; Dr. Henry Cloud, New York Times best-selling author, clinical psychologist, and leadership expert; Vanessa Van Edwards, founder of Science of People and best-selling author; Ken Coleman, best-selling author and host of the Ken Coleman Show; James Clear, writer, keynote speaker, and best-selling author, and that was just the first day!
Days two and three included more world-class speakers such as Dave Ramsey, Mike Rowe, John Deloney, Carey Lohrenz, Craig Groeschel, and the event’s keynote speaker, Coach Mike Krzyzewski! Despite being a mix of Tar Heel and Wolfpack fans, Coach K’s story and leadership advice were impressive and impactful to each of us. Each of these speakers shared their insights on what it takes to be a great leader, and we came away fired up and more excited than ever about what the future holds for BA.
