Congratulations and a big THANK YOU to Hope for reaching her 10-year anniversary with the company! Hope joined BA in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Office Manager within two years due to her desire to learn, her work ethic, and her dedication to service to our clients and to other BA team members.

Hope is known in the office as Momma Bear. Our team members know she is always there to help them with questions about their benefits, company policies, and whatever else they are not sure of!
