Their office and field staff did a phenomenal job at the beginning of the project bringing in control to verify that existing monuments were accurate, verifying ROW and building setbacks, and building closure. Their communication and input on discrepancies they discovered during the preconstruction phase was invaluable! With an aggressive concrete schedule performing 2 pours per floor for a 21 story high rise they have been very accommodating with scheduling their field crews to provide the necessary control on each deck before and after every elevated slab pour.
