Alliance One is an iconic 5-story, 150,000 sf office building located on a 3.8-acre site in the heart of NCSU’s Centennial Campus. The building includes a 3-level, 5-story parking deck with 520 spaces as well as an event lawn and courtyard space between the building and parking deck.
