This project included the construction of a state-of-the-art 99,000 sf recreation and fitness complex located on Duke University’s West Campus. The complex includes basketball, volleyball, and racquetball courts, indoor track, rock climbing wall, weight room and other recreation amenities and also houses several recreation and fitness-related administrative offices.

- Provided civil engineering and surveying services
- Designed relocations of numerous existing utilities
- Performed full site design and construction administration
The Surgical Oncology Research Facility is part of the world-renowned Duke University Medical Center and is where researchers develop cutting cutting-edge cancer therapies and treatments.

- Provided civil engineering site design of water, sewer, storm drainage and parking
- Carried out schematic design through construction closeout
The Fulton Street Infrastructure project involved a master planning study of a 6 city block area in the vicinity of Fulton Street to determine the best way to redevelop the area.
Services provided:
- Served as project team’s civil engineering consultant
- Performed a study of numerous existing utilities and storm drainage facilities in the study area
- Assisted in preparing recommendation to redevelop the area with Duke University administrative offices
