Venture Center at NCSU Centennial Campus

The Venture Center is an 11-acre urban office/retail complex and the first private development on NCSU’s Centennial Campus, featuring four 5-story office buildings, one 3-story office/retail building, and a 1,700 car parking deck.

Coordinated permitting through the City of Raleigh and approvals through NCSU
