Greenfield North Industrial Park: Industrial & Office

Greenfield North is a 228-acre industrial park. Ballentine Associates has worked with the Greenfield Team on numerous successful infrastructure and individual building projects within the park since 2004, beginning with an effort to re-masterplan the property after the Nabisco Corporation abandoned their efforts to construct an enormous factory on the site.

Industrial & Office Sites Garner, NC

Industrial & Office Projects – Ballentine Associates has worked with the Greenfield Team to develop several warehouse, office, and flex office sites within the park, which have become home to several prominent corporations. These projects include:

  • Golden State Foods – 185,000 s.f. refrigerated warehouse on a 20-acre site. Includes 1/2 mi. long rail spur from Norfolk Southern main line to serve project
    • Facility serves all food and equipment needs for 500 ± MacDonald’s stores in Atlantic region
  • Butterball Headquarters – 26,000 s.f. office building on a 12-acre lot
  • 600 & 700 North Greenfield Parkway – mirrored 62,000 s.f. flex warehouses with shared truck court, each on an 8-acre lot
  • 800 & 900 North Greenfield Parkway – 122,000 and 128,000 s.f. warehouses with shared truck court, each on a 7-acre lot
  • 1000 & 1100 North Greenfield Parkway – mirrored 128,000 s.f. warehouses with shared truck court, each on a 7-acre lot

Services provided:

  • Performed duties as civil engineer and surveyor for these projects
  • Designed parking, sidewalks, utilities, grading, storm drainage systems, stormwater management facilities and erosion control facilities
  • Provided limited construction administration for work described above
