Research Tri-Center is a 10-building, 1.5 million square foot industrial and distribution campus located adjacent to the Research Triangle Park in the Raleigh-Durham area.

The property is located five miles from downtown Durham and 10 minutes from Raleigh and offers direct access to two major interstates, I-40 and I-85. The site is conveniently accessible from the Durham Freeway and the Raleigh-Durham United International Airport. It is the largest industrial park in the Raleigh-Durham area and consists of 8 institutional quality industrial buildings totaling 1.3 million square feet, 2-story office building totaling 59,000 square feet and a single-story flex/lab/R&D building. This campus was designed and constructed during the 1990’s by the Craig Davis Properties team, including Jenkins/Peer architects, Ballentine Associates engineers, and Little & Little landscape architects.
