• 16-acre site
• 241 vehicular parking spaces & 325 bicycle parking spaces (275 indoor)
• Innovative stormwater management facilities consisting of permeable pavement and permeable basketball court, totaling over 33,000 sf

Services provided:

• Coordinated Special Use Permit and rezoning processes, requiring several iterations of site design
• Worked closely with neighbors in Historic District and adapted site layout to satisfy their concerns
• Surveyed and conducted full site civil design (Difficult site due to terrain, buffers and old utilities)
• Coordinated with adjacent properties for pedestrian connectivity
• Coordinated Zoning Compliance Permit (2 phases)
• Performed construction administration
• Conducted construction closeout
