Meadowmont Village Center

The Meadowmont Village Center is the hub of activity for a 325 acre mixed use, neo-traditional development. The Village Center consists of 11 buildings: 125,000 square feet of retail, 102,400 square feet of office space and 24 residential condo units.

• Ballentine Associates was the project civil engineer for this 20 acre site
• Site design components included surveying, grading, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, utilities and storm drainage
• Assisted the Development Team in negotiations for the entire complex and facilitated the Special Use Permit Process with the Town of Chapel Hill
