• Served as project civil engineer on the Planning Team for this 320 acre neo-traditional village mixed use development consisting of 1,000 single family lots, a 300 unit apartment complex, 120,000 sf of commercial space, park-ride lot and recreation facilities
• Performed masterplanning and special-use-permit approvals for Phase 1
