48 units total with recreation and amenity spaces
Both Towns have endorsed the project and entitlements were obtained in spring 2018
Construction expected to begin when funding goals have been reached – fall of 2021

Services provided:

Conducted boundary and topographic surveying
Performed due diligence/concept planning
Coordinated with both Chapel Hill and Carrboro to ensure each town’s standards were met and jurisdiction over various issues was clearly delineated
Challenging, compact site with innovative stormwater management solutions employed
Obtained rezoning + special use permit in Chapel Hill
