- Original campus included an 1,100 person sanctuary, meeting and fellowship halls, and a classroom building
- New “Phase 5” project included:

- Assisi Community Center
- Siena Center for Lifelong Learning (middle school)
- St. Mary of the Angels Chapel
- Elizabeth Hall Preschool
- Significant Site Improvements:
- Access drives, parking, cul-de-sac
- Innovative stormwater management system beneath outdoor amphitheater in courtyard
- Water & sewer extensions
- Off-site roadway improvements on Leesville Rd.

Services provided:
- Served as consultant to Little Diversified Architects (now Little)
- Detailed boundary and topographical surveys of entire campus
- Compiled and maintained comprehensive site plan and site data for campus
- Coordinated all site approvals from City of Raleigh:
- Preliminary site plan
- Infrastructure construction plans
- Concurrent Plans/Final CD’s
- Coordinated NCDOT Encroachment agreement
- Performed construction administration services
- Completed as-builts and closeout
