Project Features:

• 72-lot single-family residential community located on Old NC 86 in Carrboro.
• Includes approximately 2,200 lf of new public streets, a central recreation/common area, a grass playfield, a playground, natural paths,
• Includes approximately 2,400 lf of asphalt multi-use path, a portion of which will be constructed with porous asphalt to help meet Carrboro’s stormwater management regulations.
• Widening/turn lanes required on Old NC 86. 
• Two stormwater wetlands and  a permeable pavement multi-purpose path to provide stormwater management.

Services Provided:

• Boundary, topographic, tree, and ALTA surveys.
• Due diligence and concept plan.
• Coordinated entitlement approval through Town of Carrboro.  Anticipated Spring 2023.
• Construction drawings and permitting anticipated Summer 2023.
• Construction administration/closeout.  Construction anticipated Fall 2023.
