Pinecrest is a 46-lot subdivision located on the historic 9-acre Mary Duke Biddle Estate on West Forest Hills Boulevard in Durham, NC. The historic Duke home, designed by renowned architect George Watts Carr, will be preserved at the apex of the site and a tastefully designed collection of homes will be constructed around the historic home in the form of an English village.
Services Provided:
- Boundary and topographic surveys.
- Subdivision platting.
- Subdivision, roadway, utility, and erosion control design.
- Very complex LID stormwater management design with 19 separate SCM’s.
- Construction drawings and permitting through Durham anticipated late 2023.
- Construction administration & closeout.
- Very close coordination with landscape architect (Tributary).
