  • Produces enough clean energy to power approximately 766 homes
  • Has an operating life span of over 30 years
  • Construction took approximately 14 weeks
  • Constructed by a crew of 80 local contractors

Services provided:

  • Created construction drawings:
    • Prepared construction drawings detailing access, drainage and soil and erosion control
    • 4 sediment basins provided for erosion control
    • Temporary construction and permanent driveway entrances
    • Stormwater Management plan designed to meet Orange County Stormwater Ordinance – innovative stormwater swale used to meet requirement
  • Conducted permitting:
    • Land Disturbance Permits – Orange County
    • Driveway permit – NCDOT
    • Stormwater Permit – Orange County
  • Provided construction administration:
    • Conducted periodic field visits during construction to ensure compliance with the approved plans
    • Stormwater swale as-built drawing
