• Innovative stormwater management facilities consisting of permeable pavement and permeable basketball court, totaling over 33,000 sf

Services provided:

• Coordinated special use permit and rezoning processes, requiring several iterations of site design
• Worked closely with neighbors in historic district and adapted site layout to satisfy their concerns
• Conducted surveying and full site civil design
  • Difficult site due to terrain, buffers and old utilities
• Coordinated with adjacent properties for pedestrian connectivity
• Coordinated 2 phases of the zoning compliance permit
• Performed construction administration
• Conducted construction closeout
