The NinetyNine features 222 luxury apartment units in 6 separate buildings, 337 parking spaces, a Clubhouse, pool, along with other upscale amenities.  This 7.3-acre site has a rich history as part of Raleigh’s first municipal airport.  The project name originates from the women’s international flying organization named the Ninety-Nines.  The organization had 99 founding members, including Amelia Earhart who in 1931 unveiled one of her new planes during a landing at the airport in front of thousands of excited Raleigh residents.
