Montgomery Estates is a 10-lot estate subdivision located along Arthur Minnis Rd in Orange County, NC. The project includes approximately 3,500 lf of new private streets and lots ranging from 4 acres to over 10 acres in size. The ±67-acre property consists of beautiful rolling hills typical of the Hillsborough area of NC and the subdivision qualifies as a low-impact development, as it will include less than 6% of total impervious cover. Original design included major stream crossing over New Hope Creek, but alternate design was developed using additional land to avoid the major crossing.
