Ballentine Associates Survey department team members were invited by our client W.M. Jordan to their Topping Out lunch on December 14, 2023. This event was held to celebrate reaching the roof concrete pours phase of this incredible project at 320 West South St. in Raleigh. Ballentine Associates is honored to provide construction surveying/staking services on this project, and we are very happy to have been included in this celebration of all the firms and tradesmen who have made it possible for the project to reach this stage. When completed, this 20-story mixed-use tower will be a wonderful addition to the Raleigh skyline and to the local economy.
